Wooden Export Packaging standards adhere to the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15). This standard requires that all wood packaging material be treated to eliminate the risk of introduction and spread of pests. Fumigation is the most commonly used treatment method for export packaging. All wood used for export packaging must be stamped with the ISPM 15 logo to indicate that it has been treated. Proper wood packaging is essential to ensuring the safe and secure transport of goods, both domestically and internationally.
